My dog doesn’t like other dogs. Can we attend to socialise him/her?

It’s best to discuss this with us before booking to assess your dog’s needs. Call us on 07747 698008 for advice.

How old does my dog need to be to join?

All puppies must be under 5 months old at the start of the program.

How many dogs are in each class?

We limit our classes to a maximum of 6 puppies per session to ensure personalized attention.

Where are your classes held?

At the Harlow Garden Centre in Essex, our outdoor training sessions prepare puppies for real-world distractions.

What happens in bad weather?

In extreme weather conditions (e.g., snow or high heat), we’ll replace the scheduled class with an online session at the same time and day.

What do I need to bring?

You’ll receive an email with full details, but essentials include:

  • Your puppy.

  • Regular walking equipment (collar or harness).

  • Plenty of small, high-value treats.

What equipment should I avoid?

Avoid retractable leads, slip leads, or shock/spray collars during training.

Will there be a test at the end of the course?

Assessments are ongoing during classes and designed to feel relaxed. You’ll receive a breakdown of the training award criteria at the start.
